President
With more than 15 years in the modular construction industry, Nicholas brings his passion for construction and values for life to CORE Modular Inc. He is experienced in successfully delivering capital projects for Modular Manufacturing/Operations as well as executing Fleet Management and Contracts. With a background in International Trade, Lean Project Management, and Six Sigma, he is skilled in resourcing and planning modular construction projects, delivering cost-effective process improvements, maintaining inventory control systems, and managing procurement processes.

Strategic Advisor
As a Strategic Advisor, Doron leverages his extensive experience in advising private equity and strategic acquirers across the U.S. and Canada to guide CORE Modular Inc. Specializing in identifying key risk factors and value drivers in mid-market M&A, impacting valuation, purchase price, and returns. His background in assurance, controllership, FP&A, and budget management is instrumental in positioning CORE Modular Inc. for sustained growth.

Stephen brings over 20 years of expertise in fostering client relationships and enhancing satisfaction to Core Modular Inc. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to building enduring partnerships and driving business growth through strategic development initiatives.

His expertise is grounded in his early work in road, commercial, and residential construction, where he developed a solid foundation in the industry. His experience was further enhanced by key roles in the Oil & Gas Industry, where he excelled in accounting, dispatch, IT Services and data analysis, managing complex projects and driving strategic growth across multiple departments. Additionally, Stephen has six years of experience in the health and safety sector, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
